Kuroda is a four-generation Japanese brand that evolved from a premium jewelry display manufacturer into a multisensory experience orchestrator in the luxury market. For decades it operated without attention to brand identity - always technical, product-focused. Working with the team, I identified the problem: Japanese sophistication and technology were perceived only in physical products, not in branding. Visual communication didn't reflect the premium level expected by clients and stakeholders.

I developed graphic language positioning Kuroda as a sophisticated frame elevating jewelry value without overshadowing its protagonism.
