Zanoni is a corporate benefits company that connects businesses with complete HR solutions - from meal and transportation vouchers to insurance and wellness programs. Working in partnership with the Zanoni team, the challenge was clear: the previous website no longer spoke to its target audience - HR managers and decision-makers in medium and large companies. Zanoni needed a digital presence that reflected its competitive edge: agility, proximity, and ability to resolve conflicts that larger companies, stuck in bureaucracy, cannot offer.

I completely redesigned the site's architecture and aesthetics. I cleaned up content, making it didactic and scannable, created clear information blocks with strategic iconography, and converted passive navigation into active conversion points through well-positioned forms. I developed a professional visual language that communicates credibility without losing accessibility, highlighting Zanoni's concrete market numbers.
